A process is disclosed for producing a cellulose suspension in a liquid, aqueous tertiary amine oxide by mixing crushed cellulose with liquid, aqueous tertiary amine oxide. The process is characterised in that (A) crushed cellulose is contacted with liquid, aqueous tertiary amine oxide forming a first mixture (b) said first mixture is mechanically spread in a layer on a surface and conveyed on said layer while being intensively mixed, until a homogeneous suspension is formed that is then removed from the surface, and (C) steps (A) and (B) are continuously carried out.
Ce procédé sert à préparer une suspension de cellulose dans un oxyde tertiaire aqueux liquide d'amine. Selon ce procédé, on mélange la cellulose broyée avec l'oxyde tertiaire aqueux liquide d'amine. Le procédé se caractérise en ce que (A) on met la cellulose broyée en contact avec l'oxyde tertiaire aqueux liquide d'amine et on forme un premier mélange, en ce que (B) on étale ce premier mélange mécaniquement sur une surface, de façon à former une couche, et on le transporte sur cette surface tout en le mélangeant intensivement jusqu'à obtenir une suspension homogène que l'on enlève de la surface, et en ce que (C) on met en oeuvre les étapes (A) et (B) en continu.
