Cement clinker, characterized in that it comprises Al2O3 and Fe2O3 wherein the mass ratio of Al2O3/Fe2O3 is 0.05-0.62, and alkali components and C2S wherein the content Y (mass %) of alkali components and the content X (mass %) of C2S satisfy the formula: 0.0025X+0.15~Y~0.01X+0.8. The production of the clinker allows the incorporation of alkali components into cement with an advantageous effect of enhancement of the hydration of belite and also with suppression of the lowering of flowability, which leads to the reuse of wastes containing alkali components as a cement raw material.
L'invention se rapporte à un clinker de ciment caractérisé en ce qu'il contient du Al2O3 et du Fe2O3, dans un rapport massique Al2O3/Fe2O3 (fréquemment référencé ci-après comme IM) compris entre 0,05 et 0,62 et en ce que la proportion Y (en pourcentage massique) des composants alcalins et la proportion X (en pourcentage massique) de C2S vérifient la relation : 0,0025 X + 0,1 </= Y </= 0,01 X + 0,8, et de préférence, les composants alcalins vérifient la relation: 0 </= Na2O/K2O </= 0,45. La production de ce clinker permet l'incorporation de composants alcalins au ciment, ce qui présente un effet avantageux s'agissant d'accroître l'hydratation de la bélite et de supprimer la réduction de fluidité. Ceci permet le recyclage de déchets contenant des composants alcalins en tant que matière première pour la fabrication du ciment.
