The cement composition contains a) 10 - 35 wt.% cement, in particular portland cement b) 65 - 90 wt.% of a synthetic puzzolan, which was obtained by at least partial reduction of residues of combustion with a SiO2/CaO ratio > 1, like for example garbage incineration dross, and contains alkali oxide (Na2O and K2O) in quantities of over 1.5 wt.%, c) an activator for reducing the positive surface potential of the synthetic puzzolan, like for example anion-active or anionic tensides, in particular sulfonates.

Composition de ciment qui contient (a) de 10 à 35 % en poids de ciment, en particulier de ciment portland, (b) de 65 à 90 % en poids de pouzzolane synthétique, obtenue par réduction au moins partielle de résidus de combustion présentant un rapport SiO¿2?/CaO supérieur à 1, comme par exemple des scories d'incinération d'ordures, et contenant des oxydes alcalins (Na¿2?O et K¿2?O) dans des quantités supérieures à 1,5 % en poids, et (c) un activateur destiné à abaisser le potentiel de surface positif de la pouzzolane synthétique, comme par exemple des tensioactifs anioniques ou actifs anioniques, en particulier des sulfonates.
