The present invention relates to subterranean well cementing operations, and more particularly, to cement compositions having improved corrosion resistance and methods of using such compositions in subterranean formations. The cement compositions generally include an unhydrated cement that includes a high alumina cement, a silica source, and a soluble phosphate; and a set retarder that includes a water soluble carbolic acid. Optionally, other additives may be included, such as accelerants, dispersants, weighting agents, and the like.
La présente invention concerne des opérations de cimentation de puits souterrains, et plus particulièrement, des compositions de ciment présentant une résistance à la corrosion améliorée ainsi que des procédés d'utilisation desdites compositions dans des formations souterraines. Les compositions de ciment comprennent généralement un ciment non hydraté qui contient un ciment à haute teneur en alumines, une source de silice, et un phosphate soluble ; et un retardateur de prise qui contient un acide carboxylique hydrosoluble. Eventuellement, d'autres additifs peuvent être inclus, tels que des accélérateurs, des dispersants, des alourdissants et analogues.
