A method of manufacturing a porous cementitious product, which method comprises: forming a cementitious premix; casting the premix in a desired configuration; generating gas bubbles within the premix; and curing the premix, wherein gas bubbles are generated and/or collapsed at specific locations within the premix in order to produce a porosity profile along a cross-section of the product such that the product comprises a relatively low density core region and higher density outer regions.A method of manufacturing a porous cementitious product, which method comprises: forming a cementitious premix; casting the premix in a desired configuration; generating gas bubbles within the premix; and curing the premix, wherein gas bubbles are generated and/or collapsed at specific locations within the premix in order to produce a porosity profile along a cross-section of the product such that the product comprises a relatively low density core region and higher density outer regions.
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un produit liant poreux consistant à former un prémélange liant ; à mouler le prémélange selon une configuration souhaitée ; à générer des bulles gazeuses au sein du prémélange ; et à durcir le prémélange, les bulles gazeuses étant générées et/ou affaissée à des emplacements spécifiques au sein du prémélange de manière à produire un profil de porosité le long d'une section transversale du produit de telle sorte que le produit comprenne une région noyau à densité relativement faible et des régions externes à densité plus importante.
