A spring centraliser device for supporting a tubular member spaced from the wall of a bore is made from a single piece of boron steel material. The spring centraliser device has first and second collars spaced apart along a longitudinal axis. Spring bow portions extend between the collars. As the device is made from a single piece of material, the material extends seamlessly from each collar portion through the bow portions so that there are no joins or points of weakness. Use of boron steel means that the device can be made by cold forming.

L'invention concerne un dispositif centreur à ressort, destiné à soutenir un élément tubulaire espacé de la paroi d'un puits de forage et fabriqué d'une seule pièce en matériau d'acier au bore. Ce dispositif centreur à ressort possède une première et une seconde bagues espacées l'une de l'autre le long d'un axe longitudinal. Des parties de courbure de ressort s'étendent entre les bagues.
