The invention relates to a central arm (10) for holding an upper contact grill plate or upper grill plate (11), said central arm (10) having a substantially vertical supporting section (12) and a retaining section (13) which is pivotally mounted on said vertical supporting section (12) and to which the upper contact grill plate or upper grill plate (11) can be fastened. The arm is characterised in that a device (15) for fixing the retaining section (13) in relation to the supporting section (12) is associated with the retaining section (13) and said fixing device (15) comprises an operating element (16) and a detent element (17). The opera-ting element (16) can be engaged with the detent element (17) in order to fix the retaining section (13) in various pivoting positi-ons in relation to the supporting section (12) and can be disengaged from the detent element, allowing the retaining section (13) to pivot freely in relation to the supporting section (12). The invention also relates to a contact grill or grilling device (37) compri-sing a central arm (10) of this type.
L'invention concerne un bras central (10) destiné à maintenir une plaque supérieure de gril double ou de cuisson (11), ce bras central (10) présentant une section de soutien (12) sensiblement verticale et une section de retenue (13) qui est disposée pivotante sur la section de soutien (12) verticale et sur laquelle la plaque supérieure de gril double ou de cuisson (11) peut être fixée. L'invention se caractérise en ce qu'un dispositif (15) servant à bloquer la section de retenue (13) par rapport à la section de soutien (12) est associé à la section de retenue (13), ce dispositif (15) de blocage comprenant un élément de commande (16) et un dispositif d'arrêt (17). L'élément de commande (16) peut venir en prise avec le dispositif d'arrêt (17) pour bloquer la section de retenue (13) dans différentes positions de pivotement par rapport à la section de soutien (12) et peut être dégagé du dispositif d'arrêt (17) pour que la section de retenue (13) puisse pivoter librement vis-à-vis de la section de soutien (12). L'invention concerne en outre un gril double ou un appareil de cuisson (37) équipé de ce bras central (10).
