The subject of the present invention is a roll (10) of paper, in particular of tissue paper, comprising a central hole along its winding axis with a cylindrical reinforcing element onto which the paper is wound, characterized in that said reinforcing element comprises at least one ring (40) joined to the innermost turn of the roll (10), with a width less than the width of the roll and provided with a means (40) of extracting the ring by pulling substantially along the axis of the roll.
