The present invention relates to a system that converts the centrifugal forces produced by weights rotating around an axis into useful energy. As the said axis turns, the weights are forced away from this axis therefore developing energy. To reset the weight close to the axis, the rotation is stopped or slowed in order to reduce the centrifugal force acting on the weights. The energy required to rotationally accelerate the above weight is recuperated when the rotation is stopped or decelerated. The said weights can be solid or liquid.
