This centrifugal system of propulsion comprises of a wheel of large diameter (a) around it's periphery we cut a groove (g)and sifting on the wheel but covering only half of the wheel we install an endless belt(b) which is in contact with the wheel and is supported by four belt drums (i) by using a mass( ie. lead pellets) that is pushed in by a conveyor screw (k) filling the groove space under the belt by turning the wheel the mass creates centrifugal force against the belt but when it reaches point (n) the belt changes direction the groove is uncovered and the mass escapes the system creating a force only above the centre of rotation forcing the total apparatus to move upwards.
