An adaptor for centring circular saws having a hole to fit a splined arbour. The adaptor body has two rotationally preloaded disks with intermeshing fingers and protrusions. The protrusions and the fingers of the disks have mounted pins with tapered end. At mounting onto the adaptor the circular blade is placed on the tapered portion of the pins and axially pushed until the pins engage firmly into the spline lobes of the blade.
