Abstract of the Disclosure CENTRING ADAPTOR FOR SAWS An adaptor for centring circular saws with a hole complementary to a splined arbour. Centring and clamping of a saw blade is accomplished by spring loading pairs of balls arranged in a circular groove. The balls clamp the saw blade in plane, at the location which is similar to the arbour contact location during sawing. The spring loaded hall pairs are spaced to provide interference fit during mounting the saw blade on the adaptor. A saw blade is pushed over the centre of the balls, during mounting on the adaptor, which creates clamping forces in the blade axial direction.
