ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention makes available cephalosporins of the general formula I. Image (I) In the general formula I, R1 denotes C1-C6 alkyl, and R2 and R3 are identical or different and denote H, C1-C4-alkyl, chlorine, bromine, carbamoyl or N-C1-C4-alkylcarbamoyl. The compounds according to the invention are particularly active against bacteria and bacteria-like microorganisms. They are therefore particularly suitable, in human medicine and veterinary medicine, for the prophylaxis and chemotherapy of local and systemic infections caused by these pathogens.
