The invention relates to implants which are based on a biodegradable thixotropic compound having pseudoplastic properties and which can be injected subcutaneously or intradermally into the fibrous tissue. The inventive implant comprises microparticles of at least one biocompatible ceramic compound which are suspended in a vector fluid containing at least one hyaluronic acid-based compound and at least one biodegradable thixotropic compound having pseudoplastic properties. The invention also relates to a kit for the extemporaneous use of such implants, the production of said implants and the use thereof in order to fill wrinkles and/or fine lines and/or cutaneous depressions and/or scars.
L'invention a pour objet des implants qui sont un implant à base de composé thixotrope biodégradable ayant des propriétés pseudoplastiques et un implant injectable par voie sous-cutanée ou intradermique dans le tissu fibreux, comprenant des microparticules d'au moins un composé de céramique biocompatible en suspension dans au moins un fluide vecteur comportant au moins un composé à base d'acide hyaluronique et au moins un composé thixotrope biodégradable ayant des propriétés pseudoplastiques. L'invention concerne aussi un kit de mise en oeuvre extemporanée de tels implants, la fabrication et l'utilisation de tels implants pour le comblement des rides et/ou ridules et/ou dépressions cutanées et/ou cicatrices.
