The invention relates to a ceramic cooking system with a glass ceramic plate, provided on the underside thereof with an insulation layer and heating elements for the direct heating of the glass ceramic plate. The bonding between the glass ceramic plate and the insulation layer may be improved, whereby the glass ceramic plate comprises a fine structure with structured elements on the underside thereof for an improved bond between the glass ceramic plate and the insulation layer. Said structural elements have a length of between 10 and 250 ~m and a height of between 1 and 100 ~m and at least partly form undercuts for engaging with the insulation layer.
L'invention concerne un système de cuisson céramique comprenant une plaque vitrocéramique pourvue, sur sa face inférieure, d'une couche isolation à éléments chauffants pour un chauffage direct de la plaque vitrocéramique. L'objectif de cette invention est d'améliorer l'adhérence entre la plaque vitrocéramique et la couche d'isolation. A cet effet, la face inférieure de la plaque vitrocéramique comporte une structure fine pourvue d'éléments d'une longueur comprise entre 10 et 250 µm et d'une hauteur de 1 à 100 µm, lesdits éléments formant au moins partiellement des creux permettant une imbrication avec la couche d'isolation. On obtient ainsi une meilleure adhérence entre la plaque vitrocéramique et la couche d'isolation.
