1182-7 Abstract The invention relates to a ceramic filter structure, in which ceramic materials with different electrical properties are used. When the filter is formed by ceramic blocks con- taining at least one transmission line resonator, all blocks can be made equally high by selecting for each block a ce- ramic material which has the same physical height although the resonance frequency is different. Then an optimum physi- cal size regarding the packing density can be selected for the blocks.
