The invention provides new methods for manufacture ceramic resistive heating elements that include forming a heating element body comprising comprises two or more regions of differing resistivity, and processing a portion of the element body to form a heating element. Heating elements such as igniters and glow plugs also are provided obtainable from fabrication methods of the invention.
L'invention concerne de nouveaux procédés de fabrication d'éléments chauffants résistifs en céramique qui consistent à réaliser un corps d'élément chauffant comprenant deux zones ou plus de résistivités différentes, et à traiter une portion du corps d'élément pour constituer un élément chauffant. Elle concerne également des éléments chauffants comme les igniteurs et les bougies de préchauffage pouvant être obtenus par les procédés de fabrication selon l'invention.
