Provided are a ceramic pervaporation membrane and ceramic vapor-permeable membrane wherein the total aperture length of exhaust channels parallel to the channel direction of water-collection cells is at least 10% of the length of filtration cells, and the ratio m/n of the number of rows m of filtration cells to the number of rows n of water-collection cells is between 1 and 4. Said membranes have a high water transmission rate and a high separation factor.
