There are disclosed a ceramic porous membrane formed with less membrane formation times and having less defects, a small and uniform thickness and a high resolution, and a ceramic filter. A silica membrane (1) as a ceramic porous membrane is formed on a titania UF membrane (14) as an ultrafiltration membrane (a UF membrane) formed on a porous base member (11) which is a microfiltration membrane (also referred to as an MF membrane) and having an average pore diameter smaller than that of the porous base member (11), the silica membrane has an average pore diameter smaller than that of the titania UF membrane (14) and a part of the silica membrane permeates the titania UF membrane.
La présente invention concerne une membrane poreuse en céramique formée avec un nombre moins important d'étapes de formation de la membrane et présentant moins de défauts, une épaisseur faible et uniforme et une haute résolution, ainsi qu'un filtre en céramique. Une membrane en silice (1) faisant office de membrane poreuse en céramique est formée sur une membrane UF au dioxyde de titane (14) faisant office de membrane d'ultrafiltration (membrane UF) formée sur un élément de base poreux (11) qui est une membrane de microfiltration (également appelée membrane MF) et présente un diamètre de pore moyen inférieur à celui de l'élément de base poreux (11), la membrane en silice présentant un diamètre de pore moyen inférieur à celui de la membrane UF au dioxyde de titane (14) et une partie de la membrane en silice s'infiltrant dans la membrane UF au dioxyde de titane.
