Disclosed are compounds of formula (1), where R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, and X are defined herein. These compounds are selective modulators of NNY 1 receptors. These compounds are useful in the treatment of a number of CNS disorders, metabolic disorders, and peripheral disorders, particularly eating disorders and hypertension. Methods of treatment of such disorders and well as packaged pharmaceutical compositions are also provided. Compounds of the invention are also useful as probes for the localization of NNY 1 receptors and as standards in assays for NNY 1 receptor bindings. Methods of using the compounds in receptor localization studies are given.
L'invention se rapporte à des composés représentés par la formule (I), dans laquelle R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, R<4>, R<5>, R<6> et X sont définis dans le descriptif. Ces composés sont des modulateurs sélectifs des récepteurs NPY1. Ces composés permettent de traiter un certain nombre de troubles du système nerveux central, de troubles métaboliques et de troubles périphériques, et notamment les troubles de l'alimentation et l'hypertension. L'invention se rapporte également à des méthodes de traitement de tels troubles ainsi qu'à des compositions pharmaceutiques conditionnées. Les composés de cette invention sont également utiles en tant que sondes destinées à la localisation des récepteurs NPY1 et en tant qu'étalons dans les tests de liaison aux récepteurs NPY1. L'invention se rapporte en outre à des méthodes d'utilisation de ces composés dans des études de localisation de récepteurs.
