A cervical plate system (10) which includes a cervical plate (12) having a thickness between a top surface and an opposite bottom surface, and at least one slot (24) extending through the thickness of the plate. The system further includes a first rotating element (14) positionable within a first slot of the cervical plate, the first rotating element including at least one threaded hole (40), and at least one bone screw (16) insertable into the at least one threaded hole of the first rotating element.

La présente invention concerne un système de plaque cervicale comprenant une plaque cervicale ayant une épaisseur entre une surface supérieure et une surface inférieure opposée et au moins une fente s'étendant au travers de l'épaisseur de la plaque.
