As a cGMP-visualizing probe capable of detecting and quantifying cGMP easily and accurately even in vivo and for a method of detecting and quantifying cGMP by using the same, a cGMP-visualizing probe comprising a polypeptide, which binds specifically to cGMP, and two chromophores having different fluorescence wavelengths each linked respectively to the two terminals of said polypeptide is provided.
L'invention concerne une sonde de visualisation de GMP cyclique composée d'un polypeptide se liant spécifiquement au GMP cyclique et de deux chromophores présents aux deux extrémités du polypeptide, ces deux chromophores ayant des longueurs d'onde de fluorescence différentes. La sonde de GMP cyclique selon l'invention permet de détecter et de quantifier de manière précise et aisée le GMP cyclique in vivo.
