An apparatus for preventing a slipping of a tire is disclosed. The apparatus for preventing a slipping of a tire includes a wire having separable coupling units connected at both ends of the wire at an inner side of a tire for thereby forming a circle shape having a diameter smaller than an outer diameter of the tire, a plurality of friction pads each having one end connected to the wire at a certain regular distance and extended from the wire across a grounding surface of the tire to an outer side of the tire and arranged along a grounding surface of the tire at a certain regular distance, a straight line movement conversion mechanism inserted in an outer center portion of the tire for converting a moment generated in a handle in a radial direction from the center into a tension force in the center direction and applying the tension force to the other ends of the friction pads, a reverse rotation prevention unit for preventing a reverse rotation of the straight line movement conversion mechanism, and a pulling apparatus for closely contacting the friction pads to the tire by preventing a reverse rotation using the reverse rotation prevention unit wherein the straight line movement conversion mechanism pulls the other ends of the friction pads in the center direction of the tire based on the moment applied the handle.
On décrit un dispositif conçu pour empêcher un pneumatique de glisser. Le dispositif comprend un câble comprenant des unités de couplage séparables qui sont reliées aux deux extrémités du câble au niveau du bord intérieur d'un pneumatique, ceci définissant une forme circulaire dont le diamètre intérieur est plus petit que le diamètre extérieur du pneumatique; une pluralité de patins de frottement comportant au moins une extrémité qui est reliée au câble à une certaine distance régulière, lesdits patins s'étendant depuis le câble sur une surface de contact avec le sol du pneumatique jusqu'à un côté extérieur du pneumatique et étant disposés sur une surface de contact avec le sol du pneumatique à une certaine distance régulière; un mécanisme de conversion du déplacement rectiligne qui est inséré dans une partie centrale extérieure du pneumatique pour convertir un moment généré au moyen d'une poignée dans une direction radiale depuis le centre en une force de tension dirigée vers le centre et appliquer la force de tension sur les autres extrémités des patins de frottement; une unité anti-rotation inverse qui empêche le mécanisme de conversion du mouvement rectiligne de tourner en sens inverse; et un dispositif de traction qui rapproche fortement les patins de frottement vers le pneumatique et empêche la rotation inverse au moyen de l'unité anti-rotation inverse de sorte que le mécanisme de conversion du mouvement rectiligne tire les autres extrémités des patins de frottement en direction du centre du pneumatique en fonction du moment appliqué par la poignée.
