Title of the Invention CHAIN SAW HANDLE, GUARD AND HOUSING INTERCONNECT Abstract of the Disclosure A joint (50) formed by interconnecting a frame (26), a handle (44) and a handguard (48) with a single fastener (56). The members 26, 44, 48) are interlocked to each other to transfer any torque created by a force applied to the housing (22) of the chain saw (20) or one or more of the interconnected members (26, 44, 48). The handle (44) and the handguard (48) each have slabbed sides (94, 112) which coact to produce a wedge-like locking action therebetween.
