ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides a chair having a seat, backrest and legs formed from a composite member, said member comprising multiple layers of single sheets of wood veneer having veining, the veining respective the sheets extending in various directions, said seat and said backrest being integral and bent along a first line extending in a first direction, a first leg integral with one side of said seat and bent along a second line, and a second leg integral with an opposite side of said seat and bent along a third line, said second and third lines extending in a second direction mainly perpendicular to said first direction.
