ABSTRACT A chair is provided with arm rests which are used exclusively as elbow supports. The arm rests are adapted to the size of an elbow. Each elbow support is adjustable vertically and horizontally. The horizontal adjustment is accomplished by a series of disks pivotally connected at horizontal axis to the elbow support .
