A chamfering tool (20) adapted to mount on a handheld grinder(l O), the grinder having a guard (14) and the grinder having a grinding face (12). The chamfering tool includes a fixed mount (44), to be attached to the guard on the handheld grinder. A moveable mount (34) is attached to the fixed mount. A first guide face (42) is attached to the fixed mount and a second guide face (32) is attached to the moveable mount. The guide face defines a space there between. The space being disposed such that the grinding face of the handheld inder contacts a work piece held against at least one of the first guide face or the second guide face. An adjustment member (22) is fixed to one of the fixed mount or the moveable mount. The adjustment member hold the moveable guide mount in a user selected position. The adjustment member are adjustable to selectively vary a width of the space between the first guide face and the second guide face.
L'invention porte sur un outil à chanfreiner pour meule à main présentant une garde et une surface de meulage. L'outil à chanfreiner comporte: une monture fixe fixée à la garde; une monture mobile fixée à la monture fixe; une première face de guidage fixée à la monture fixe; et une deuxième face de guidage fixée à la monture mobile. lesdites faces de guidage délimite un espace compris entre elles, lequel espace est tel que la face de meulage de la meule entre en contact avec la pièce à usiner maintenue au moins contre la première ou la deuxième face de guidage. Un élément de réglage fixé soit à la monture fixe, soit à la monture mobile maintient la monture mobile dans la position choisie par l'utilisateur pour modifier l'espace compris entre la première face de guidage et la deuxième face de guidage.
