ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The specification describes a change-over device for the gripper movement on a turning drum of a printing press having pivotal drive elements. Each drive element is provided with a cam follower which is selectively applicable to coaxially arranged control cams. The drive elements are mounted in a bridge which extends along the length of the drum body and the bridge is arranged in a cavity in the drum body with longitudinal sliding mobility corresponding to the mutual interval of the control cams.
