ABSTRACT A changeable display device comprising a two-dimensional array of rotatable display elements. The display elements are generally flat and have sides of contrasting colors. The display elements are manipulated to selectively display one or the other of the contrasting colors. The display elements of the array thereby form a number which is surrounded by a contrasting color.
