A notice display platform for displaying a plurality of magnetic notice inserts includes a molded plate defining a plurality of cavities on a front face thereof, each cavity having a floor corresponding to a shape of a notice insert. The molded plate is made of a material attractive to magnets. An adhesive on a rear face of the molded plate is configured such that pressing the rear face of the molded plate against a mounting surface causes the molded plate to adhere to the mounting surface. The molded plate is configured such that a perimeter edge of the molded plate is pressed against the mounting surface when the molded plate adheres to the mounting surface.
