An activating mechanism (20) for activating an endoscopic ligator is disclosed. The activating mechanism (20) includes a mounting component (21) and an activating component (22) coupled thereto. The mounting component (21) inserts directly into the proximal opening of an operating channel of an endoscope and is dimensioned to fit within the operating channel to mount the mechanism (20) to the endoscope. The mounting component (21) includes a channel receiving an activation line of the ligating device which is threaded through the operating channel and the channel in the mounting component, and onto the activating component (22) of the activating mechanism (20). The activation line attaches to a spool (50) of the activating component (22). The activating component (22) further provides a drive pin (40) and a roller clutch (70) for setting the activating component (22) in an engaged or a disengaged position and a knob (60) for rotating the drive pin (40). When the drive pin (40) is engaged with the roller clutch (70), the knob (60) can only rotate in one direction. When the drive pin (40) is in the disengaged position from the roller clutch (70), the knob (60) can rotate in either direction.
La présente invention concerne un mécanisme actionneur (20) pour appareil endoscopique à ligatures. Ce mécanisme actionneur (20) est constitué d'un élément de montage (21) et d'un élément actionneur (22) couplé à l'élément de montage. Les dimensions de l'élément de montage (21), qui s'insère directement dans l'orifice proximal du canal de travail d'un endoscope, sont prévues pour que le canal de travail accueille l'élément de montage pour monter le mécanisme (20) sur l'endoscope. L'élément de montage (21) comporte un canal recevant une ligne d'actionnement du dispositif à ligatures. Passant par le canal de travail et le canal de l'élément de montage, aboutissant à l'élément actionneur (22) du mécanisme actionneur (20), cette ligne d'actionnement est assujettie à une bobine (50) de l'élément actionneur (22). Celui-ci (22) est en outre pourvu d'une tige d'entraînement (40) et d'un dispositif d'accouplement à galet (70) commandant la position accouplée ou désacouplée de l'élément actionneur (22), et d'un bouton (60) commandant la rotation de la tige d'entraînement (40). Lorsque la tige d'entraînement (40) est accouplée au dispositif d'accouplement à galet (70), le bouton (60) ne peut tourner que dans un sens. Par contre, lorsque la tige d'entraînement (40) est désaccouplée du dispositif d'accouplement à galet (70), le bouton (60) peut tourner dans les deux sens.
