An extendable molding unit (300) contains a conductor (135) and an adjustable corner assembly (302) for adapting the unit for use in a straight configuration or in a bent configuration. Telescopically arranged conduits (55, 75) allow the length of the unit to be adjusted, with an intermediate section (137) of the conductor effective to accommodate a change in length of the conduits. Two joints (308, 310) provide freedom of rotation about the conductor axis on opposed sides of an angled joint (312) that provides freedom of rotation about an axis disposed at a 45~ angle to the axis of the conductor. This combination permits the unit to be configured to pass around both inside and outside corners, as well as to form upward and downward right angles along a straight wall.
L'invention porte sur une unité de moulage extensible (300) contenant un conducteur (135) et un ensemble glissière réglable (302) afin d'adapter la voie pour l'utiliser dans une configuration droite ou dans une configuration courbée. Des conduits disposés de manière télescopique (55, 75) permettent de régler la longueur de la voie, une section intermédiaire (137) du conducteur permettant de s'adapter à un changement de longueur des conduits. Deux joints (308, 310) assurent une rotation totale autour de l'axe du conducteur sur des côtés opposés d'un joint incliné (312) qui permet une rotation totale autour d'un axe disposé selon un angle de 45° par rapport à l'axe du conducteur. Cette combinaison permet de configurer la voie de manière à passer à la fois à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur des glissières, et de former des angles droits orientés vers le haut et vers le bas le long d'une paroi droite.
