ABSTRACT The present invention relates to a mouse monoclonal anti-CEA antibody with its hybridoma having the ATCC number HB10029. The anti-CEA antibody of the present invention could be used for tumor imaging or immunotherapy. The instant antibody can be used in a sandwich quantitative ELISA for CEA. It can be used for the purification of CEA. There is provided diagnostic kits containing reagents performance of the assays including the solid phase immunoadsorbent containing the anti-CEA antibody, a solution of a second anti-CEA antibody and optionally, CEA standards.
