Embodiments of the present invention provides a chatting system for a virtual pet, including a pet client, configured to receive a natural language sentence of a pet master, and send the natural language sentence to a virtual pet server; the virtual pet server, configured to forward the natural language sentence to a questioning and answering server, and return a natural language response to the pet client; the questioning and answering server, configured to perform processing of natural language understanding on the natural language sentence, obtain language characteristics of the pet master, generate the natural language response according to a natural language understanding result and the language characteristics of the pet master, and return the natural language response to the virtual pet server. Embodiments of the present invention further provide a chatting method for a virtual pet and a questioning and answering server.
La présente invention concerne un système de discussion pour un animal de compagnie virtuel, qui comprend : un côté client (101) de l'animal de compagnie, permettant de recevoir une phrase en langage naturel d'un propriétaire d'animal de compagnie, et d'envoyer la phrase en langage naturel à un serveur (102) de l'animal de compagnie virtuel ; le serveur (102) de l'animal de compagnie virtuel, permettant de transférer la phrase en langage naturel à un serveur de questions-réponses (103), et de renvoyer la réponse en langage naturel au côté client (101) de l'animal de compagnie. Le système comporte en outre le serveur de questions-réponses (103) permettant d'assurer le processus de compréhension du langage naturel de la phrase en langage naturel, d'acquérir et de sauvegarder les caractéristiques de langage du propriétaire de l'animal de compagnie, et d'engendrer la réponse en langage naturel en fonction du résultat de la compréhension du langage naturel et des caractéristiques de langage du propriétaire de l'animal de compagnie, et de renvoyer la réponse en langage naturel au serveur (102) de l'animal de compagnie virtuel. Un procédé de discussion pour un animal de compagnie virtuel et un serveur de questions-réponses sont également proposés.
