A compound of the formula: wherein R1 is selected from H, methyl, ethyl, carboxyl protecting groups and hydrophilic moieties, R2 and R3 are independently selected from H, methyl, ethyl and carboxyl protecting groups, R4 is selected from H, methyl, ethyl, hydrophilic moieties and carboxyl protecting groups, and R5 is an aryl, heteroaryl, alkyl or a combination of these groups and is substituted with a carbonyl group, an aminooxy group or a functional group suitable for participating in a cycloaddition reaction. The compounds of the invention maybe useful as bifunctional chelating agents which allow chemoselective attachment to targeting molecules.
L'invention concerne un composé représenté par la formule, dans laquelle R1 est sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par H, des groupes de protection méthyle, éthyle, carboxyle et des fractions hydrophiles, R2 et R3 sont sélectionnés indépendamment dans le groupe constitué par H, des groupes de protection méthyle, éthyle, carboxyle, R4 est sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par H, des fractions méthyle, éthyle, hydrophiles et des groupes de protection carboxyle, et R5 représente aryle, hétéroaryle, alkyle ou une combinaison de ces groupes et est substitué par un groupe carbonyle, un groupe amino-oxy ou un groupe fonctionnel approprié pour participer à une réaction de cycloaddition. Les composés de l'invention peuvent être utiles comme agents chélatants bifonctionnels permettant une fixation chimiosélective à des molécules de ciblage.
