Disclosed herein is a safety valve with a chemical injection configuration. The device includes a hydraulic fluid pressure operated piston (12) at the housing. The device further includes a flow tube (64) in operable communication with the piston (12) and a chemical injection configuration disposed within the housing. Further disclosed herein is a method of maintaining the operation of a safety valve by injecting chemical fluid through a configuration within the safety valve. Still further disclosed herein is check valve (36, 38). The check valve includes a seal, a dart having a closed head and sealable against the seal, one or more flutes on the dart, and a spring applying a biasing force to the dart to a sealing position, that force being overcomeable by a fluid pressure acting in a direction opposing the spring force.
La présente invention a trait à une soupape de sûreté avec un configuration d'injection chimique. Le dispositif comporte un piston à commande de pression de fluide hydraulique (12) au niveau du boîtier. Le dispositif comporte un tube de circulation (64) en communication fonctionnelle avec le piston (12) et une configuration d'injection chimique disposée au sein du boîtier. L'invention a également trait à un procédé de maintien du fonctionnement de la soupape de sûreté par l'injection de fluide chimique grâce à une configuration au sein de la soupape de sûreté. L'invention a trait en outre à un clapet de non-retour (36, 38). Le clapet de non-retour comporte un joint d'étanchéité, un pointeau comportant une tête fermée apte à être assemblé de manière étanche contre le joint d'étanchéité, une ou plusieurs cannelures sur le pointeau, et un ressort exerçant une force de contrainte sur le pointeau vers une position d'obturation étanche, ladite force étant apte à être surmontée par une pression de fluide agissant en une direction à l'encontre de la tension du ressort.
