This invention relates to grafted ethylene-higher .alpha.-olefin polymers and blends thereof. Preferred grafted ethylene-higher .alpha.-olefin polymers are multimodal EPDM's having 5-40 weight % of a higher molecular weight, higher ethylene content, lower diene content fraction grafted with maleic anhydride. These polymers can then be used as modifiers for additional polymers such as polyamides, polyesters, and other EPDM's.

Des polymères d'éthylène-.alpha. supérieur-oléfine greffés préférés sont des EPDM multimodaux présentant 5-40 % en poids d'une fraction, à teneur en diène inférieure, à teneur supérieure en éthylène, et de poids moléculaire supérieur, greffée à de l'anhydride maléique. Ces polymères peuvent ensuite être utilisés comme agents de modification pour des polymères supplémentaires comme des polyamides, des polyesters et d'autres EPDM.
