Methods and compositions for immediately immunizing an individual against any molecule or compound are provided. The present invention is drected to an immunity linker with at least two sites; (1) at least one first binding site that binds to an immune response component in an individual, and (2) at least one second binding site that binds specifically to a desired compound or molecule, the target. The second binding sites are preferably thiolated aptamers that have the benefit of increased stability, resistance to degradation and longer circulating half life. Methods of making and using pharmaceutical compositions including immunity linker molecules having a thiolated aptamer are also provided.
La présente invention a pour objet des procédés et des compositions permettant d'immuniser immédiatement un individu contre n'importe quelle molécule ou n'importe quel composé. La présente invention concerne un liant d'immunité possédant au moins deux sites ; (1) au moins un premier site de liaison qui se lie à un composant de réponse immunitaire chez un individu, et (2) au moins un second site de liaison qui se lie spécifiquement à un composé souhaité ou à une molécule souhaitée, la cible. Les seconds sites de liaison sont de préférence des aptamères thiolés qui présentent l'avantage d'une stabilité et d'une résistance à la dégradation accrues, et d'une demi-vie de circulation plus longue. La présente invention a également pour objet des procédés de fabrication et d'utilisation de compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant des molécules de liant d'immunité ayant un aptamère thiolé.
