The present invention discloses chemiluminescent 1,2-dioxetane substrates capable of reacting with a neuraminidase to release optically detectable energy. These 1,2-dioxetanes have general formula (I), wherein Z is formula (II) and the variables are selected so as to induce decomposition of said dioxetane accompanied by chemiluminescence where Z is cleaved by neuraminidase present.
La présente invention concerne des substrats de 1,2-dioxétane chimiluminescents capables de réagir avec une neuraminidase pour libérer une énergie détectable optiquement. Ces 1,2-dioxétanes ont la formule générale (I) dans laquelle Z représente (II) et les variables sont sélectionnées de manière à induire une décomposition dudit dioxétane accompagnée d'une chimiluminescence dans laquelle Z est clivé par la neuraminidase présente.
