It is intended to provide a medicinal preparation for transferring a chemotherapeutic (preferably an anticancer agent) into cells or the living body by using a virus envelope vector. Namely, a medicinal preparation containing a virus envelope vector having a chemotherapeutic encapsulated therein as the active ingredient. Examples of the anticancer agent include bleomycins, anthraquinone carcinostatic agents, mitomycins, actinomycins, taxane derivatives, camptothecins, cisplatins, staurosporines, vincristine, streptozotocin, 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) and its derivatives, pirarubicin, dolastatin and pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof. Examples of the virus include sendai virus, retro virus, adenovirus, adeno-associated virus, herpes virus, vaccinia virus, pox virus, influenza virus and so on.

L'agent anticancéreux peut se présenter sous la forme, par exemple, de bléomycines, d'agents carcinostatiques anthraquinone, de mitomycines, d'actinomycines, de dérivés de taxane, de camptothécines, de cisplatines, de staurosporines, de vincristine, de streptozotocine, de 5-fluorouracile (5-FU) et ses dérivés, de pirarubicine, de dolastatine et de sels pharmaceutiquement acceptables de ces composés. Le virus peut être un virus sendai, un rétrovirus, un adénovirus, un virus adéno-associé, un virus herpétique, un virus de la vaccine, un virus pox, un virus grippal, etc.
