A chest inhalation device containing any normal medication for the purpose of obtaining relief from the effects of congestion is disclosed. The device is made of a short plastic tube containing a medication coated gauze strip which is rolled up within a filtering medium and the whole is then inserted within the tube and sealed. The inhaled air caused by the user's breath flows through the gauze between its spiral layers and results in evaporation of the medication into the inhaled air which is to be taken by the user. The simple structure of the device provides a low-cost instrument for a more sufficient quantity of medication to be added into the inhaled air.

Une bande de gaze recouverte d'un médicament enroulée dans un matériau filtrant est insérée dans le tube, qui est ensuite bouché. Le souffle de l'utilisateur traverse la gaze entre ses couches en spirale et entraîne l'évaporation du médicament prescrit dans l'air inhalé. La structure simple de cet instrument permet d'en réduire le coût et d'ajouter une plus grande quantité de médicament dans l'air inhalé.
