ABSTRACT Chewing Gum Mass, Process for Preparing Same, and Use The invention describes a chewing gum mass, a process for its preparation, and its use. The chewing gum mass contains from 0.01 to 5% by weight of a water-soluble potassium salt, of from 1 to 5% by weight of a phosphate, and at least 50% by weight of xylitol or xylitol and sorbitol in addition to usual ingredients for chewing gum masses. The chewing gum mass of the invention may be used particularly for dental hygiene agents.
