The present invention relates to a child-proof closure for a container containing a dangerous substance comprising a body adapted to be fitted over a container (8). The body (4) has a top portion and a continuous side wall extending downwardly from the top portion. The closure comprises a series of interlocking elements (1, 2, 3) located on the top portion and the side wall that are adapted to move in a predetermined sequence of steps to facilitate access to the substance. The interlocking elements are slides (1, 2, 3) adapted to slide within corresponding grooves (405) formed in the top portion and the side wall. The side wall has a cylindrical configuration. The closure (4) further comprises a membrane member (5) incorporated in a spaced relationship underneath the top portion. The membrane member comprises an opening (7) provided for limited distribution of the substance. The opening is accessible only after the interlocking (1, 2, 3) elements are placed into an operative or open position. The closure (4) comprises a horizontal slide (2) and two vertical slides (1 , 3) adapted to interlock opposite sides of the horizontal slide (4). The horizontal slide (2) is adapted to move left and right and the vertical slides (1, 3) are adapted to move down, and when in the closed position, the vertical slides (1, 3) are adapted to lock the movement of the horizontal slide (2).
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture à l'épreuve des enfants pour un récipient contenant une substance dangereuse comportant un corps conçu pour être placé sur un récipient (8). Le corps (4) a une partie supérieure et une paroi latérale continue s'étendant vers le bas en provenance de la partie supérieure. Le dispositif de fermeture comporte une série d'éléments d'enclenchement (1, 2, 3) se trouvant sur la partie supérieure et la paroi latérale, éléments d~enclenchement qui sont conçus pour se déplacer selon une séquence prédéterminée d'étapes pour faciliter l'accès à la substance. Les éléments d'enclenchement sont des curseurs (1, 2, 3) conçus pour coulisser à l'intérieur de rainures correspondantes (405) formées dans la partie supérieure et la paroi latérale. La paroi latérale a une configuration cylindrique. Le dispositif de fermeture (4) comporte par ailleurs un organe de type membrane (5) incorporé en une relation espacée sous la partie supérieure. L'organe de type membrane comporte une ouverture (7) mise en AEuvre pour une distribution limitée de la substance. L'ouverture n~est accessible qu'après la mise en place des éléments d'enclenchement (1, 2, 3) dans une position opérationnelle ou ouverte. Le dispositif de fermeture (4) comporte un curseur horizontal (2) et deux curseurs verticaux (1, 3) adaptés pour enclencher les côtés opposés du curseur horizontal (4). Le curseur horizontal (2) est conçu pour se déplacer à gauche et à droite et les curseurs verticaux (1, 3) sont conçus pour se déplacer vers le bas, et dans la position fermée, les curseurs verticaux (1, 3) sont conçus pour verrouiller le mouvement du curseur horizontal (2).
