A package (44) includes a blank (10) having a face panel (12) and a back panel (14). The face panel (12) includes apertures (18) and face tabs (22). The back panel (14) includes gates (34) that correspond with apertures (18), and tab strips (32) that overlap the gates (34) and are adjoined to back tabs (28). A blister pack (40) is sealed between the face panel (12) and the back panel (14) whereby blisters (38) align over gates (34) and protrude through apertures (18), and tabs (22) and (28) form a composite pull tab (46). To remove an item (42) from a blister (38), the pull tab (46) is pressed out of the panels (12), (14), the tab strip (32) is peeled from the back panel (14), and pressure is applied to force the item (42) through the backing sheet of the blister pack (40) and the exposed gate (34).
