An all-weather/all-season vehicle for conveying children that includes a simple conversion assembly to change from a wagon to a sled or from a sled to a wagon while on the move. The unit includes a detachable canopy that offers protection from the elements and that can be easily disassembled and stored in a uniquely styled hollow handle used for pulling the vehicle. Specially designed seat slots and ledges allow for approximately one hundred different seating configurations.
