ABSTRACT OF DISCLOSURE This invention relates to a push-chair or stroller of the type that is collapsible where a feature of its collapsibility is found in a pair of handle bar branches and front legs where a handle bar branch and front leg of each pair is pivotally inter- connected. Armrests for the stroller are disclosed which still permit the stroller to be collapsed. The armrest for each handle bar branch and front leg are at one end, pivotally connected to the branch, and at the other, pivotally connected to a tie rod. The tie rod, at its other end, is pivotally connected to the front leg. For safety purposes, a hand rail may be positioned between the tie rods of each pair. The hand rail is also in such a situation made collapsible by being constructed from at least two length sections which are themselves pivotally interconnected.
