The present invention provides two chimeric anti-CD44 antibodies comprising specific animo acid sequence, derived from antibodies A3D8 and H90 and their use, in the preparation of a medicament for eradicating pathological stem cells in cancer therapy, and more specifically in acute myeloid leukaemia therapy.
La présente invention concerne deux anticorps anti-CD44 chimériques comprenant une séquence d'acides aminés spécifique, (Fab')2, Fab, Fab', scFv, Fv ou un fragment CDR de celle-ci, dans la préparation d'un médicament destiné à éradiquer des cellules souches pathologiques dans une thérapie anticancéreuse et, plus spécifiquement, dans une thérapie de lutte contre la leucémie myéloïde aiguë.
