Abstract of the Disclosure Disclosed are monoclonal chimeric antibodies containing an anti-human fibrin antibody light chain variable region and/or anti-urokinase antibody light chain variable region in combination with an anti-human antibody light chain constant region. Further disclosed are DNAs comprising a DNA coding for said antibody and eukaryotic cells allowing expression of said antibodies. Said chimeric antibodies can be used for producing a thrombolytic protein complex, which is useful as thrombolytic agent, by immunologically binding a urokinase to the urokinase recognition site of said bispecific antibodies.
