A chip member for micro chemical system, comprising a platy member with flow passage (10) having a glass substrate (11), a glass substrate (12), and a glass substrate (13), wherein a flow passage (15) having a shape branched at both ends thereof is formed in the glass substrate (12), a refraction factor distribution type rod lens (20) is fixed to both the outer surface of the glass substrate (11) and the outer surface of the glass substrate (13) at the positions facing the flow passage (15), and the analysis of a specimen is performed by a device using a light and heat converting spectral analysis method.
L'invention concerne une puce pour microsystème chimique, comportant un élément plat pourvu de passage d'écoulement (10) présentant des substrats en verre (11, 12, 13). Un passage d'écoulement (15) ramifié au niveau de ses deux extrémités est formé sur le substrat en verre (12). Une lentille barreau (20) de type à distribution de facteur de réfraction est fixée à la fois sur la surface extérieure du substrat (11) et sur celle du substrat (13), à des points faisant face au passage d'écoulement (15). L'analyse d'un échantillon s'effectue au moyen d'un dispositif faisant intervenir un procédé d'analyse spectrale de conversion thermique et lumineuse.
