An aqueous pharmaceutical preparation is provided containing chloride ion and stably containing chlorhexidine gluconate, characterized in that said preparation further contains at least one pharmaceutically acceptable polycarboxylic acid of the formula I: HOOC-(CR11-CR12)n -COOH (I) wherein n is an integer 1, 2 or 3; i is a positive integer not more than n; R11 and R12, when n=1, independently from each other, are H, -OH or -COOH; each of R11, R12, R21 and R 22, when n=2 , is H, -OH or -COOH, but not all of them are H simultaneously; and each of R11, R12, R21, R22, R31 and R32, when n=3, is H, -OH or -COOH, but two adjacent carbons in no case contain four hydrogen atoms in total; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
Préparation pharmaceutique aqueuse, renfermant l'ion chlorure et, de façon stable, du gluconate de chlorhexidine; elle se caractérise aussi par le fait qu'elle contient au moins un acide polycarboxylique acceptable en pharmacie, de formule I, soit HOOC-(CR11-CR12)n -COOH (I), dans laquelle n est l'entier 1, 2 ou 3; i est un entier positif inférieur ou égale à n; lorsque n=1, R11 et R12 sont, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, H, -OH ou -COOH; lorsque n=2, R11, R12, R21 et R22 sont chacun H, -OH ou -COOH, sans toutefois être tous H simultanément; lorsque n=3, R11, R12, R21, R22, R31 et R32 sont chacun H, -OH ou -COOH, mais deux carbones voisins ne peuvent jamais porter en tout quatre hydrogènes; sel dérivé de ce produit, acceptable en pharmacie.
